Becoming a Dad doesn’t come with an instruction manual. For most men it’s about learning on the job. The challenge of being a Dad is all about understanding how to balance the needs of family, work, as well as themselves. Unfortunately for most Dad’s they never actually open up and discuss the issues surrounding fatherhood. This often causes further distress which makes fatherhood seem even more overwhelming.
In the Datto we are joined by Joel’s own Dad, David. He learnt the hard way about the pitfalls and issues which come with learning how to be a father, without an instruction manual. David also shares a little history about how he managed to “Sell” the Datto to his unsuspecting 17 year old son.
