Our Policy for Rescheduled Appointments
Therapy is most effective when sessions are attended consistently and in a timely manner. Frequent cancellations or reschedules of appointments, can disrupt the therapeutic process and hinder progress.
In order to best support your mental health journey, and provide you with tailored therapy, we encourage you to make every effort to attend scheduled sessions.
If multiple appointments are rescheduled or cancelled, we reserve the right to review the therapeutic relationship and, if necessary, terminate therapy.
This decision will be based on consistency in the therapeutic process, which is critical for achieving your goals and maintaining progress. We believe that your commitment to regular sessions is key
to fostering positive change and supporting long-term positive mental health.
Cancellation, No show and Rescheduling Policy
At Endeavour Wellness, we are dedicated to providing professional psychological services at times that best suit your needs which we strive to achieve at the time of booking your appointment. We request that if the need to reschedule or cancel your booked appointment arises, that you provide 2 days’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 2 days’ notice will incur a fee. The fee applied is
50% of the scheduled appointment fee for notice provided one day before the appointment and 100% of the scheduled appointment fee for on the day cancellations and reschedules, or non-attendance of scheduled appointments. These fees will need to be paid before subsequent sessions can be re-booked.
This allows us time to offer your time slot to other clients requiring urgent care on our waiting list, minimising waiting times for all clients and ensures fairness and consistency in our practice
If you are unwell, or unable to physically get to the office at the time of your appointment, we offer telephone or online/Zoom sessions as an alternative to face-to-face appointments. This helps you maintain continuity of care and avoid cancellation fees. Rebates can still be claimed for telehealth sessions.
