Aimee is a Provisional Psychologist, having just completed her Master of Professional Psychology, and is currently working toward full psychology registration. Aimee has spent the past four years employed in a rehabilitation counselling setting, working predominantly with military veterans. She has worked with varying client presentations including anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress disorder, chronic pain, bereavement, adjustment disorder, alcohol use disorder, workplace conflict, and prolonged psychological distress.
Aimee has a warm, calm and collaborative manner, and adopts a holistic, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach with clients. She is driven by passion to support and empower clients to develop skills that promote psychological growth and positive mental health management.
Aimee completed her Master of Professional Psychology at Western Sydney University, and her Bachelor of Psychological Science [Honours] at Central Queensland University. She also holds a master of Rehabilitation Counselling and Bachelor of Applied Science [Exercise and Sport Science] from the University of Sydney.
