Allan also gained valuable organisational psychology experience within a twenty-five-year business career, having designed and lead significant organisational changes in the government, media and education sectors. He can empathise with clients facing workplace challenges and is experienced in coaching clients seeking higher career performance.

His therapeutic styles include Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) while also drawing from Schema Therapy, mindfulness practice and evidence-based positive and coaching psychology assessments and interventions.
