Emma is a registered psychologist who takes a person-centred approach to counselling. Her non-judgmental, empathetic and collaborative style seeks to help individuals increase their self-awareness and discover personal strengths and resources that can be used to tackle life’s challenges more effectively.

Emma also works as a yoga and mindfulness teacher and runs women’s circles to create spaces for women to empower and connect with each other. Emma works with individuals struggling with low self-esteem, motivation, career transitions, workplace conflict, stress, relationship issues, emotional challenges, anxiety and depression.

A certified coach with a background in organisational psychology, Emma is experienced with career coaching and in helping individuals to identify and work towards achieving their goals.
