Jacqui is a provisional psychologist with a background in performance coaching. She is passionate about helping people navigate challenges, create change, and enhance their quality of life. Her warm, curious, empathetic, and collaborative approach to therapy is client-centred and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals.
Jacqui values building a trusting connection with her clients. She believes in creating a safe and supportive environment where you can be yourself and feel heard.
Jacqui’s goal is to support her clients in understanding who they are and their lived experiences so that each client has the skills to help themselves.
Jacqui has experience working with clients across the lifespan, including people experiencing mood disorders, anxiety disorders (obsessive-compulsive disorder included), chronic pain, self-esteem, relationship/work difficulties, addiction issues, and sleep difficulties.
Her therapeutic styles include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Brief Solution Focused Therapy (BSFT), Strengths-Based Therapy, Vocational Counselling and Mindfulness.
With over eight years of experience in performance coaching, Jacqui is passionate about working with entrepreneurs, leaders, high-performance athletes, and coaches to nurture personal growth, wellbeing, and performance.
Jacqui completed a Master of Professional Psychology from Macquarie University and a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology from Sydney University.
