Natasha is a Registered Psychologist, and holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology. Her warm, open and non-judgemental demeanour allows her to easily build strong rapport with her clients and make them feel comfortable and safe. She has a keen interest in client-centred approach, drawing on an eclectic framework of therapeutic interventions, with the aim of building upon the client’s strengths.
Natasha has experience working with both children and adults on issues such as depression, anxiety, bullying, stress, grief and loss, relationship conflicts, anger, social difficulties, behavioural issues, self-esteem, coping with change and life adjustments. Natasha uses a variety of evidence-based techniques in her therapeutic work including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Play Therapy.
Natasha also has experience in administering a range of psychological and cognitive assessments to both children and adults.
Natasha’s aim is to help clients to overcome the barriers limiting their sense of efficacy and achieving their goals. She works collaboratively with her clients to identify their strengths and focus on helping them utilise the resources they have to meet the challenges they face. Natasha believes that the process of psychological therapy helps people build lives they want to live and rediscover what really matters to them.
