Nina is a registered psychologist with experience working in clinical and forensic settings. Nina is empathetic, genuine, and enjoys helping others overcome mental health challenges through a caring and direct approach with patience and compassion towards all her clients.
Nina has worked with people of all ages and genders throughout her career so far. She particularly enjoys working with adults dealing with depression, anxiety, addiction and problematic substance use, ADHD, and bipolar disorder. She works collaboratively with her clients to identify areas of concern and create achievable goals to work towards together.
Nina utilises therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy (BSFT) with her clients.
