
Susan is a registered psychologist who is passionate about helping individuals overcome challenges which life can often present. She has a warm and genuine approach and prioritises the client-therapist relationship over anything else. Susan believes that change is only possible once a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship has been established. Her goal in therapy is not to give answers or directions but to create a space where clients feel understood and empowered to find their true capabilities and strengths.
Susan has experience providing therapy to individuals all across the lifespan, from childhood to late adulthood. She has experience treating various presentations including generalised anxiety, health anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, and sleep-related disorders.
Susan completed a Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology, Sydney and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at Macquarie University. Susan’s main mode of therapy includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
