Iolo is a psychologist with a passion for helping others. He is committed to helping individuals improve their psychological well-being using a strengths-based, and client-focused approach, to create long-lasting psychological change.

Iolo has a particular interest in supporting clients experiencing anxiety as well as clients with Autism. Iolo is trained in utilising a neurodiversity-affirming approach, to support his clients. He values collaboration, creativity, and continuous growth. Iolo works with a wide cross section of clients from children aged 6 years to older adults.

Iolo is trained in both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In addition to practicing psychology, Iolo has extensive experience as a visual artist, and martial arts instructor. As a result, Iolo has developed a unique skillset that allows him to communicate and help others effectively using creative and innovative approaches, grounded in behavioural science.
